Chase sent out secure messages on sunday to chase ink business preferred credit card cardholders announcing the elimination of price protection and return protection.
Until august 26 the ink business preferred offers 90 day return protection up to 500 per item and 1 000 per year.
The item must be purchased with an eligible chase card or with rewards earned on an eligible chase card.
Can repair replace or reimburse you for eligible items in the event of theft or damage when items are purchased with an eligible chase card or with rewards earned on an eligible chase card.
All purchases previous to this date will be covered.
